Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the DealCrux service ("Service"), operated by DealCrux ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DealCrux is a cloud-based sales pipeline management platform that helps teams track deals, manage contacts, and collaborate on sales activity. We provide the Service on a subscription basis, including a free tier and paid plans as described on our pricing page.

3. Accounts & Registration

To use the Service, you must sign in using a supported authentication provider (e.g. Google or Microsoft). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties without our consent

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

We may change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following the notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you upload or create in the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to use Your Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. We will not sell Your Data to third parties.

You may export Your Data at any time using the export functionality within the Service. Upon account deletion, we will delete Your Data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by DealCrux and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

8. Availability & Support

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We provide support via email at hello@dealcrux.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealCrux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DealCrux operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
